OrganicSkinPro is dedicated to ensuring your Eminence Skin Care shopping experience is seamless and positive! We want you and your skin to be happy.

Reasons for Returns

Products are only returnable if:

• spoiled or damaged in transport.
• a product caused an adverse skin or allergic reaction. *To reduce the risk of an adverse reaction, you can request samples to determine if you are sensitive to any product. Each product page on OrganicSkinPro.com has a complete list of ingredients to help with your selection(s).

What Is Not Eligible for a Return

• Gift certificates
• Samples
• Gift with purchase
• At Organic Skin Pro, if a return without an exchange is requested, the 10% or 20% discount may change depending on the total order amount.

Return Policies

The product(s) must have the original box with at least 80% of the product in the jar.

Prior authorization is required on all returns and exchanges. Any return or exchange sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted.

Items purchased in an authorized skin care professional’s office, or other authorized retailer, must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Return Process

Please email [email protected] with the reason for the return and the batch number within 30 days of the delivery date. A return request will be reviewed for authorization, and if approved, a return label with be emailed to you.

Once Organic Skin Pro receives your authorized return, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it will take for refund/credit depends on payment method.

Writing “Return to Sender” will not return an order. It will not be received by our business and your shipper will return it to the return shipping address.

Items not properly secured to prevent damage in transit are subject to a $15 fee deducted from your return. Please use original packing materials or a sturdy box. Padded envelopes will not be accepted as goods are often damaged and are unable to be returned to the manufacturer.
