Use warm to relax facial tension and reveal a radiant glow, or cool to reduce the appearance of puffiness and invigorate the skin. For a visibly toned complexion, alternate between warm and cool applications.

How to Prepare Your Tools:

1. Remove the Tray Cover
   Firmly grip both the front and back sides of the lid and gently lift to remove. Flip each tool so it rests securely between the notches, with the handle facing upward.
2. Choose Your Treatment Method:
   • Warm Treatment
     Fill the tray with warm water (maximum temperature: 48ºC / 120ºF) up to the designated fill line. Ensure tools are in place before filling to prevent overflow. Let sit for 3 minutes before use.
   • Cool Treatment
     Fill the tray with cold water up to the fill line and let sit for 3 minutes. Alternatively, place 3–4 ice cubes on and around the spoons and allow to sit for 3 minutes. Always fill with tools in place to avoid overfilling.
   • Warm & Cool Dual Treatment
     Fill one cavity with cold water or ice, and the other with warm water following the instructions above. This dual approach helps visibly tone and refresh the skin.
