After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation email/receipt, which includes an order number. Please provide this number when inquiring about your order.

Orders placed BEFORE 5 PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped the next day, except for Holidays. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed on Monday.

All orders are shipped by USPS Priority or First Class unless otherwise specified. Shipping times for orders can take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days from the day of shipment, but typically take 2-4 business days. We are not responsible for third party delivery systems, and we recommend purchasing shipping insurance or signature confirmation with your order if your order is over $400.
